KANDI AMERICA Web Store Return Policy and Procedure

Please make sure you have received all itemsin your order, and examine all parts received are free from defects and damages. All damaged or missing parts must be reported via KANDI AMERICA web store portal by submitting a new case within 2 days of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues you may be having. Damaged parts must be saved to be called back via the shipping carrier for inspection. To further expedite the process we may ask you to take some digital pictures of the damaged part(s) for our reference.

General Guidelines

  • No returns on orders placed over 30 days.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Buyer is responsible for returning shipment shipping charge(s).
  • Return(s) without KANDI AMERICA issued RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Return(s) without RMA form filled out will not be accepted.
  • Refund will be denied if returning part(s) is/ are not received with 14 days after RMA issuance date.

  • Fuel Pump
  • Relay Assembly
  • Wire Harnesses
  • ECU
  • Color Coded Interior/ Exterior Parts
  • Stator
  • Regulator/ Rectifier
  • Fuel Injector
  • Ignition Coil
  • Any Solid State Electrical Part
  • Any Installed Items (bolted on, attached, plugged in or installed in any other way)

KANDI AMERICA Web Store Return Policy and Procedure

Requests for returns must be initiated via KANDI AMERICA web store portal by submitting a new case. Please include basic information such as your order number, order date, and the part(s) you are requesting to return, and reason of returning. KANDI AMERICA will email you a RMA Number if your request is approved. Print out the Return Form. Fill out the form completely and you must sign and return the form with the part(s) you are turning. A signed Return Authorization Form is mandatory with every return, NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns must be shipped back to KANDI AMERICA within 14 days after a RMA is issued. If returned part(s) is/ are received after 14 days, no refund will be issued and buyer is responsible for shipping charge to ship the part(s) back to buyer. Refund will be issued once the package is received and inspected.
